To ensure platform security, maintain cooperative order, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of both parties, you (hereinafter referred to as “Partner” or “You”) must read and agree to the following terms before participating in this partnership program. These terms remain in effect from the date you join the program.
1. Partnership Requirements
1.1 Issue Reporting Obligation
If you discover any system issues or vulnerabilities during use, you must promptly report them to customer support. You may not conceal, ignore, or exploit such issues for personal gain.
1.2 Identity and Payment Information
Real-name verification is not required. However, you must provide your name, email address, and valid payment account information (such as PayPal, bank account details, electronic wallets, etc.) for identity confirmation and rebate withdrawals.
All information must be accurate, truthful, and owned by you. The platform reserves the right to suspend or deny rebate payments if false or invalid information is provided.
1.3 Activity Requirement
If no valid paid orders are generated for two consecutive months after cooperation begins, the platform may suspend your partnership account.
1.4 Performance Baseline
A monthly total payment amount of 500 CNY and a successful payment rate of 40% are the baseline performance standards.
If either benchmark is not met, the platform may reduce your rebate rate by 10%.
1.5 Withdrawal Rules
Rebate withdrawals are available from the 1st to the 5th of each month, covering rebates generated in the previous month.
If you fail to contact customer support within the withdrawal period, delays or failure to process your withdrawal may occur, and you shall bear any resulting consequences.
2. Prohibited Actions
2.1 Resource Abuse
Accounts that maliciously consume excessive system computational resources will be permanently banned, and all rebates will be cleared.
2.2 Minimum Cooperation Duration
If the cooperation period is less than two months (i.e., no valid paid orders generated from the start month to the following month), the platform will not process withdrawal requests.
2.3 Brand Usage Restrictions
You may share the platform’s website URL on social media, blogs, and other public channels. However, you must not use “PwdWiz” or any related brand names in an official, authorized, misleading, or representative manner.
Without written authorization, you may not:
Claim to be an official representative, agent, or partner of the platform;
Use the platform’s logo or brand visual materials in promotions;
Produce promotional graphics, posters, videos, or advertisements containing PwdWiz branding;
Imply or assert any official authorization or agency relationship with the platform.
2.4 Information Disclosure
You may not disclose internal cooperation information such as this page URL, account ID, or rebate rates to anyone (including customers) to avoid information leakage.
2.5 Unauthorized Development
You may not perform secondary development, repackaging, integration, or embedding of any PwdWiz-related services into your applications without authorization.
2.6 Illegal Content
It is strictly prohibited to provide services or traffic to content involving pornography, gambling, drugs, violent extremism, or any illegal activities.
You shall bear full legal responsibility for any consequences resulting from such actions.
2.7 Improper Promotion
Activities such as spamming, mass link distribution, click-baiting, or any behavior that may cause the platform's links or domain to be blocked by third-party platforms are strictly prohibited.
2.8 Other Improper Conduct
Including but not limited to any actions that may harm the platform’s reputation, system security, or normal operation.
3. Updates and Violation Handling
These partnership terms remain in effect indefinitely.
If you violate any of the above terms, the platform reserves the right to immediately suspend your account, clear all rebates, and terminate the partnership.
The platform may update these terms periodically. Updates will be posted on this page, and significant changes will require your reconfirmation to continue the partnership.
