Refund Policy

In order to protect the user's data security, the PwdWiz system will not use the recovered password to try to open the file. Therefore, the final validity of the password is not verified, and there is a very low probability that the password will be invalid. This situation will almost never happen. If this happens, please contact us. To ensure fairness and justice, you must provide valid proofs such as source documents, payment vouchers, etc. We will solve the problem for you at any time or refund the original payment.

Notice:

  1. The system defaults to retrieving the "open password". If there are still "editing restriction passwords", "read-only protection passwords", etc. after opening, it is double encryption and requires secondary decryption.
  2. Refunds are only supported if the password provided is wrong or password removal fails.
