1. Legal Compliance & Copyright
You must comply with all applicable copyright, privacy, and other relevant laws in your country or region when using PwdWiz.
You represent and warrant that the files you upload are owned by you or that you are legally authorized to manage them.
PwdWiz tools are intended solely to help users recover passwords for files they own or are authorized to access. Unauthorized decryption, cracking, or access to copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise protected files is strictly prohibited. Any violation may constitute a legal offense, and you assume full responsibility for any consequences.
2. File Handling & Data Security
Regardless of whether password recovery is successful, uploaded files will be automatically deleted by the system and cannot be restored.
PwdWiz does not store user files or passwords and is therefore not responsible for any loss of data. Users are solely responsible for backing up and protecting their own files and passwords.
3. Information Collection & Privacy
By using PwdWiz website and tools, you consent to the collection of necessary personal information, including but not limited to your email address, phone number, IP address, and encrypted file data. 4. Password Accuracy & Refund
If the password you receive after payment is incorrect or the file cannot be opened, please contact us immediately. Such incidents are extremely rare, and PwdWiz will verify and handle the situation according to our refund policy.
Successfully removing a file password or restrictions is considered a successful operation. For PDF files, recovery of the "open password" is prioritized by default. If editing or printing permissions remain restricted, the operation is still considered successful, though additional steps may be required to lift secondary restrictions.
5. Account Management & Misuse
PwdWiz reserves the right to disable or restrict user accounts if misuse of the tools or violations of these Terms of Use are detected.
6. Prohibited Content
Uploading files containing pornography, gambling, drugs, violence, terrorism, or any other illegal content is strictly prohibited. You are fully responsible for any legal consequences resulting from violations.
7. Disclaimer
PwdWiz shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of the website or associated tools, including but not limited to data loss, file corruption, or service interruption.
The service does not guarantee successful password recovery or removal of restrictions in all cases. Users fully understand and accept the risks involved in using the service.
