2. Regardless of whether the password retrieval is successful or not, the system will automatically delete the files you uploaded and cannot be restored. PwdWiz is not responsible for storage and therefore is not responsible for data loss. Users are responsible for backing up and protecting their passwords and data.
3. When you use the PwdWiz website and related software tools, you authorize us to collect your information including email or mobile phone number, IP address, file cipher text, etc. Please see the privacy policy for details.
4. If the password you obtained after payment is incorrect or the file cannot be opened normally, please contact us to handle it. This situation will almost never happen. If it happens, please contact us to verify the processing or refund. Please see the refund policy for details.
5. Removing the password or lifting restrictions on the file will be deemed successful. If the "open password" of a PDF file has been successfully retrieved (the system defaults to giving priority to restoring the "open password"), but does not have permission to print or edit, it will be considered a success. Since the document is encrypted twice, a second retrieval operation is required.
6. We have the right to disable your account if necessary if we find abuse of tools or violation of the terms of use.
7. It is reiterated that the PwdWiz website and related software are only authorized to recover files that you have forgotten your password or legally own copyrighted files.
