Are the files I upload safe?

Files will be encrypted and transmitted using the same bank-level SSL security protocol to ensure the confidentiality of data transmission. After the file is uploaded, only the ciphertext HASH value is extracted for decryption and then automatically deleted. If you still have concerns, you can download the software client without uploading files!

Is my personal information safe?

We cherish the trust of each user. Your email, access request and other information will be encrypted, transmitted and stored and will only be used for system notifications. Please see the "Privacy Policy" for details.

How do I clear my order?

After the file is uploaded, it will be automatically deleted immediately. The order data can be cleared through the setting button on the "My Order" page.

How is the website secured?

The website adopts the best security practices in the industry at the data layer, application layer, and link layer, and hires security experts from time to time to conduct comprehensive security assessments of the system.

How to contact customer service?

Click the "Customer Service" button in the upper right corner to view the contact information, just send the order number or file name and question directly, and the customer service will handle it for you as soon as possible.

What types of files are supported?

Supports pdf, doc, docx, xls, xlsx, ppt, pptx, rar, zip formats, tables, documents, compressed files within 1Gb in size, oversized files or files that you do not want to upload, you can download the software client.

How much does it cost?

How long it takes?

Password recovery can take anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours, depending on password complexity and file encryption algorithm strength. Password removal is done instantly.

Can I delete my password?

If you forget the file "open password" you need to decrypt it first (retrieve the password). For files such as "Edit Permission Password" and "Read-Only Password", you only need to upload the document to our website and follow the instructions to delete the password and lift the restrictions.

Is there an option to retrieve or delete my password?

Since encryption methods are different and cannot be freely selected, the system will automatically identify the encryption method and implement the corresponding solution.

File not supported?

Files that are not encrypted or non-standard encryption are not supported, and compressed files are only partially supported.

What to do if you fail?

If the order fails, it means there is no way to retrieve the password. You can try to recall it or try using a commonly used password.

The file cannot be downloaded or the downloaded file cannot be opened?

It is common when the file is large or the website is crowded, resulting in slow downloading. If the downloaded file cannot be opened, please contact customer service.

Can't receive email?

We send notifications by email, so entering the correct email address is critical.
If you do not receive the system mail after the file is uploaded, please try the following:

Check that the email address entered is correct.
Check whether there is "spam" in the mailbox, if there is, please mark it as "this is not spam", and add the mailbox to the address book.
Due to network delays and other reasons, the mail may be on the way and needs to wait for a while.
You can also try to change the receiving address and try again.
